Many adults with ADHD spend years believing they're the only one who struggles in certain ways.
Then they hear someone else describe an experience they've never been able to put into words.
That moment often brings relief, validation, and hope.
Groups provide more than education. They offer encouragement, accountability, and the opportunity to learn from the experiences, successes, and challenges of others. Together, we'll continue building the confidence and practical skills needed to create lasting change.

Because our ADHD Groups focus on applying ADHD strategies—not introducing ADHD for the first time—participants should already have a foundational understanding of how ADHD impacts their life.
You can meet this prerequisite by completing one of the following:
This shared foundation allows everyone in the group to spend less time learning what ADHD is and more time practicing the strategies that make everyday life easier.
If you're ready to learn alongside others who understand your journey, we'd love to have you join us.
ADHD Groups open periodically throughout the year. Join the ADHD Groups Interest List to be the first to know when registration opens, receive group updates, and be notified about upcoming opportunities.

Not sure whether an ADHD Group is the right fit?
During a free ADHD Connection Call, we'll talk about where you are in your ADHD journey, answer your questions, and help you determine whether a group—or another support option—would best fit your goals. My goal isn't to steer you toward one particular service. It's to help you find the support that best fits where you are right now.
