Individual Counseling

For those diagnosed later-in-life with ADHD—or those wondering if they might be—who want to better understand their brain, heal emotional wounds, and build strategies that actually work in real life.

I wonder...

Have you felt discouraged and stuck lately, even though you’ve tried so many ways to stay on top of things?

Are you overwhelmed by managing responsibilities—while also trying to take care of yourself?

Does it feel like your emotions or fears are running the show instead of you?

Is it hard to quiet the mental noise or break out of spiraling thoughts?

Do small things add up until you snap—maybe getting irritated easily, raising your voice, or struggling to stay calm?

Are you wondering how to communicate in a way that helps everyone feel heard, seen, and respected—without it turning into conflict or shutdown?

You are in the right place!
I am all about Empowering individuals to heal, learn + live the life they desire!

My Philosophy

You just need to have a Desire & Willingness to Change...

I'll provide the Confidence + Steps!

Can I really heal?

Yes! You can heal!
But let's chat about a couple things first...

Sometimes, living as your best self feels out of reach—especially with an ADHD brain that doesn’t always cooperate the way you wish it would.

Maybe you’re incredibly hard on yourself, your self-esteem has taken a hit, and you don’t have the support you need when you feel low. You want to give yourself grace… but your inner critic is often louder.

Becoming more self-aware sounds helpful, but the deep dive into past hurt and fears? That can feel overwhelming or even impossible—so you put it off or avoid it.

You might feel constantly overstimulated or like your brain is juggling too many tabs open at once.

You know self-care matters, but carving out time or figuring out what actually works for your nervous system feels confusing.

You want to feel calm—but instead you live in cycles of stress, overstimulation, or emotional crash.

Anxiety or emotional intensity might feel like it's driving the car—while you’re stuck in the passenger seat wondering, “Why can’t I just get it together?”

The truth is, with ADHD, feelings and thoughts can take over quickly and make you feel out of control. But it doesn’t have to stay that way.

I use a blend of ADHD-informed therapy, nervous system tools, and CBT strategies to help you understand how your brain works—and how to shift out of survival mode.

I know this path because I’ve walked it myself. And I’ve helped others walk it, too.

Yes—healing is possible for you.
Feeling grounded and confident again is closer than you think.

Whatever your case may be, I want you to know you aren't alone.
You deserve the time to focus on your own needs and goals in the presence of a compassionate listener.

My Approach

My approach is centered on hearing your unique situation and teaching you tools and strategies that fit you, not what the textbook has outlined.

First,

You will learn how to experience calm, so you can get out of survival mode

Second,

You will learn how to tolerate difficult feelings. You will sit with your feelings instead of avoiding them.

Third,

You will learn how to overcome your insecurities. I will guide you to restructure your negative thoughts patterns.

Fourth,

You will learn you CAN make an empowered choice to love yourself and connect with your loved ones

Fifth,

You will learn to guard your empowered self so when fears and difficult feelings come up you can stay in control

You can live the life you desire for yourself!
I would love to help equip you with the tools you need to be successful.
