 I have ADHD too, so I get how frustrating it can be to feel like you're constantly trying to catch up—like no matter how hard you try, things still fall through the cracks. The truth is, it’s not about trying harder. It’s about trying different.  

This support group is designed specifically for people with ADHD, by someone who lives it every day. Together, we’ll explore tools that actually work for ADHD brains—strategies that are realistic, supportive, and tailored to how you function best.  

Whether you're newly diagnosed or just tired of spinning your wheels, this group offers a space to learn, connect, and start making real, lasting changes.

Group Format (4 weeks)
