Have you ever suspected a client might have ADHD

but weren’t sure what to do next?

The Spotting ADHD Workshop helps you identify potential ADHD in your clients and know exactly how to guide them toward a diagnosis

Tuesday April 29th (11 AM to 1PM)

Live Virtual Workshop + Recording Available

ADHD can be easy to overlook—especially in adults, women, and those with anxiety or trauma histories. Without the right guidance, many clients go undiagnosed for years.

Research suggests that over 20-50% of adults in therapy may have undiagnosed ADHD.

That’s why I created...

Imagine...

You’re working with a client who has been in therapy for months, struggling with anxiety and low self-esteem. They’re intelligent, insightful, and motivated—but no matter what coping strategies you try, they keep missing deadlines, forgetting appointments, and feeling overwhelmed by everyday tasks.

They tell you, “I know what I need to do, but I just can’t seem to follow through.”

At first, you wonder if it’s just anxiety, depression, or maybe perfectionism holding them back. But as you dig deeper, you notice patterns: constant procrastination, difficulty regulating emotions, and a lifelong struggle with focus—even in areas they genuinely care about.

Suddenly, it clicks. This isn’t just anxiety. It’s undiagnosed ADHD.

Now, imagine having the confidence to recognize those signs early on—to shift your approach, validate their struggles, and guide them toward the right support. Instead of months (or years) of trial and error, your client finally gets the clarity they need to move forward.

That’s exactly what The Spotting ADHD Workshop will equip you to do!

In this workshop you will learn:

1: How ADHD presents across different ages and genders
2: Key differences between ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health conditions
3: The essential screening tools to use before referring a client

Your clients are already searching for answers. This workshop will help you spot ADHD with clarity and confidence—so you can be the provider who helps them find the support they need!

ADHD isn’t just something I treat—it’s something I live.

For most of my life, I didn’t realize I had ADHD. I was just diagnosed in 2024, and that moment changed everything. Suddenly, my struggles, my strengths, and the way I move through the world made so much more sense. Since then, my husband and two sons have also been diagnosed, deepening my understanding of how ADHD presents in different people.

As a provider, I thought I understood ADHD—until my own diagnosis opened my eyes. After that, I began recognizing it everywhere. In fact, 80% of my clients ended up receiving an ADHD diagnosis, many of whom had been misdiagnosed or overlooked for years.

This discovery has transformed both my personal and professional life. My daily struggles have significantly improved as I’ve learned more, and I’m passionate about educating other providers so they can better serve their clients. ADHD awareness changes lives—I’ve seen it firsthand.

That’s why I created this workshop: to equip therapists, coaches, and healthcare providers with the knowledge and tools to spot ADHD sooner—so fewer clients have to go through life wondering what’s wrong when the answer has been there all along.
