Have you ever suspected a client might have ADHD

but weren’t sure what to do next?

The Spotting ADHD Workshop helps you identify potential ADHD in your clients and know exactly how to guide them toward a diagnosis

Tuesday July 22nd (11 am to 1 pm CST)

Deadline to Register:  Monday July 21 @ 11:59 PM

Hi I’m Lindsey!

ADHD can be easy to overlook—especially in adults, women, and those with anxiety or trauma histories. Without the right guidance, many clients go undiagnosed for years.

Research suggests that over 20-50% of adults in therapy may have undiagnosed ADHD.

That’s why I created...

To Empower Providers to Spot & Diagnose ADHD with Confidence

Imagine...

You’re working with a client who’s insightful, motivated, and doing the work—but they keep missing deadlines, forgetting appointments, and spiraling into shame about not following through.

 They tell you:
“I know what I need to do… I just can’t seem to do it.”

You’ve tried tools for anxiety.
You’ve explored past trauma.
You’ve wondered about perfectionism.

But week after week, the same patterns keep showing up:
➡ Chronic procrastination
Emotional dysregulation
Focus issues—even on things they care about

And suddenly it clicks: this isn’t just anxiety or depression—it might be ADHD.

But Here’s Where So Many Therapists Get Stuck:

You suspect ADHD, but you hesitate.
“Am I even allowed to diagnose this?”
“Isn’t that only for psychologists?”
“I don’t want to overstep.”

The truth?
If you’re clinically licensed (or under supervision), you can diagnose ADHD—you just need the competence and confidence to do so effectively and ethically (just check with your state laws to ensure).

This workshop will help you get both.

In this workshop you will learn:

1: How ADHD presents across different ages and genders
2: Key differences between ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health conditions
3: The essential screening tools to use before referring a client
4: Where to refer clients for a formal diagnosis + what documentation is needed
5: How to explain the referral process to clients

Here is what you'll get when you sign up:

  • A Step-by-Step Framework ($300 Value) – Learn how to recognize ADHD in clients who don’t fit the typical mold, including women, high achievers, and those misdiagnosed with anxiety or depression.

Here is What Past Workshop Attendees Have Said:

My biggest takeaway was I am not alone in feeling I missed so many opportunities to spot ADHD earlier in my career! I was grateful for the safe space you cultivated and how you normalized this at the beginning of the presentation.

Therapist

This was so good, so many connecting points. I loved the assessment tools, and suggestions for interventions!

Therapist

I really appreciated your workshop and the sharing of screeners etc. You presented in a clear, descriptive format that highlighted nicely many of the nuances of ADHD, including gender, age and co- morbidity. I look forward to using it with current clients and learning more.

Therapist

Thank you so much Lindsey! I thought your training was great and informative.

Your clients are already searching for answers. This workshop will help you spot ADHD with clarity and confidence—so you can be the provider who helps them find the support they need!

ADHD isn’t just something I treat—it’s something I live.

For most of my life, I didn’t realize I had ADHD. I was just diagnosed in 2024, and that moment changed everything. Suddenly, my struggles, my strengths, and the way I move through the world made so much more sense. Since then, my husband and two sons have also been diagnosed, deepening my understanding of how ADHD presents in different people.

As a provider, I thought I understood ADHD—until my own diagnosis opened my eyes. After that, I began recognizing it everywhere. In fact, 80% of my clients ended up receiving an ADHD diagnosis, many of whom had been misdiagnosed or overlooked for years.

This discovery has transformed both my personal and professional life. My daily struggles have significantly improved as I’ve learned more, and I’m passionate about educating other providers so they can better serve their clients. ADHD awareness changes lives—I’ve seen it firsthand.

That’s why I created this workshop: to equip therapists, coaches, and healthcare providers with the knowledge and tools to spot ADHD sooner—so fewer clients have to go through life wondering what’s wrong when the answer has been there all along.
