Joe Lampe is a dad, athlete, musician, and self-proclaimed nerd. He is also a three-time brain surgery survivor to treat his condition: an aggressive brain stem cavernous malformation. He is sharing his story in the hopes that listeners can gather valuable insights that apply to their lives.

Lindsey Peterson is a licensed therapist who supports individuals and families facing ADHD, trauma, and major life transitions. She brings a grounded, compassionate approach that blends neuroscience with real-world tools people can use immediately. In addition to her clinical work, she creates workshops and courses that help people feel less alone and more equipped to navigate overwhelming seasons.
