Joe Lampe is a dad, athlete, musician, and self-proclaimed nerd. He is also a three-time brain surgery survivor to treat his condition: an aggressive brain stem cavernous malformation. He is sharing his story in the hopes that listeners can gather valuable insights that apply to their lives.

Lindsey Peterson is a licensed therapist who supports individuals and families facing ADHD, trauma, and major life transitions. She brings a grounded, compassionate approach that blends neuroscience with real-world tools people can use immediately. In addition to her clinical work, she creates workshops and courses that help people feel less alone and more equipped to navigate overwhelming seasons. Lindsey believes that healing happens through connection, story, and practical support.
